AI use and editorial responsibility
Generative AI is used to draft, edit and translate text and to help create illustrations, diagrams and data visualizations on flozi00 TechHub. Article notices disclose this use before the article content. Feed summaries carry a text notice too.
Editorial responsibility
Florian Zimmermeister (flozi00) is responsible for publication. AI assistance is not evidence that a statement is correct. Source references, assumptions and measurement conditions should be assessed on their merits. The AI notice does not claim that every article has already undergone substantive human review.
Images and data
Image labels distinguish AI-generated illustrations from data visualizations created with AI assistance. An illustration is not a photograph or measured evidence. The MI350P charts are drawn from the identified benchmark ledger and calculations; the AI assistance concerns their creation, not an invented set of measurements. Third-party material retains its attribution and is not automatically described as AI-generated.
When publishing generated media, retain available provenance information and identify its origin next to the media. Downloading or sharing an image separately should preserve its disclosure.
EU AI Act transparency
Article 50(4) covers disclosure of deepfakes and AI-generated public-interest text, with an exception for text subject to human review or editorial control where a person holds editorial responsibility. Article 50(5) requires clear, accessible disclosure by first exposure. This site uses a broader disclosure policy instead of relying on the text exception.
The separate machine-readable marking duty in Article 50(2) addresses AI system providers. A publisher’s visible notice or HTML metadata does not replace those technical obligations or certify compliance with the entire AI Act.
